It is the city’s most centrally located ice rink and one of the largest in the Netherlands\, drawing visitors from Amsterdam and abroad each winter season. \n\n\n\nThe rink is suitable for all skill levels — beginners can find their footing on the ice\, while experienced skaters can pick up speed on the open surface. For the youngest visitors\, ice gliders are available for children with a shoe size smaller than EU 28. These attach under their own shoes and provide balance on the ice. \n\n\n\nThe setting makes the rink unique: on one side you look out over the iconic I Amsterdam sign location\, on the other you have a direct view of the Rijksmuseum’s neo-Gothic facade.
