To manage visitor flow\, Winter Paradise is using arrival time slots this year. This means you’ll select a specific time slot to begin your ultimate winter experience. Once inside\, you’re welcome to stay until closing time\, but re-entry is not permitted if you leave. If you wish to pay in the car park\, you pay € 5.50 per hour\, with a maximum of € 35.00 per day. This station is located a stone’s throw away from the RAI complex and is easily accessible by train from anywhere in the country. Follow the signs for RAI Amsterdam when you leave the station. Amsterdam Winter Paradise is open from 17 December 2026 to 2 January 2027\, usually from 9 AM to midnight. Exceptions: closed on 31 December\, closing at 11 PM on 20 and 27 December\, and opening at 10 AM on 1 January. On 24 and 25 December the après-ski is closed. The attractions and the outdoor area close at 10 PM\, and the entrance gate closes one hour before closing time.Dress up nice for the evening\, it’s a party! No sweatpants are allowed from 6 PM onwards. What age is the Amsterdam Winter Paradise for? The Amsterdam Winter Paradise is for all ages! Children up to and including 2 years old get in for free. We do recommend you bring gloves\, as they are compulsory at the skating rink. A helmet is recommended and available where you collect your skates. Are you allowed to bring bags inside? Only A4-size bags are allowed on the entire event site. Umbrellas and professional cameras are not allowed. Are luggage lockers available during the event? Yes\, there are lockers available for a fee. Travel light anyway: only A4-size bags are allowed and umbrellas are not permitted. Are you allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the Amsterdam Winter Paradise? Own refreshments\, bottles\, cans\, alcohol\, glassware and flammable materials are prohibited at the venue and may not be brought inside. Can I pay with cash or card during the event? No\, the Amsterdam Winter Paradise is a cashless\, pin-only event\, so you can only pay with your debit card. If you only have cash\, you can buy a cash card for € 1.00 and load your cash onto it. Any remaining credit is non-refundable\, so don’t put too much on it at once. Topping up is free. Cash cards are not accepted at the fairground games where you can win prizes. Are all activities included in my ticket? The activities are included in all entrance tickets\, so you no longer have to pay for them separately. You can do all the activities without limits. If you have an arrival time in the evening\, you can also use the activities.
