The Ice Sculpture Festival Art Below Zero is a new event during the Winter Festival Amsterdam, held in the iconic Central Markthal. Taking place from 21 December 2024 to 2 March 2025, this unique ice festival brings Amsterdam’s history to life through breathtaking ice sculptures inspired by 750 years of city stories.
Experience the XtraCold Ice Bar Amsterdam
During the Winter Festival, a visit to the Amsterdam Ice Bar is a must. Experience the cold of -10 degrees celcius in a unique environment of ice. The experience includes three drinks.
Visit the Amsterdam Winter Paradise at RAI Amsterdam
In the winter season, there is a great additional winter attraction: The Amsterdam Winter Paradise. This temporary winter park can be found at RAI Station Amsterdam and there is plenty to do for young and old. Enjoy skating on the indoor and outdoor ice rink. Enjoy the fairground attractions, shop at the Christmas market and enjoy a Dutch snack and drink with performances by famous Dutch artists. This year, the Amsterdam Winter Paradise will be held from 18 December 2024 to 4 January 2025.
